AVID Energy Solutions is seeking a Licensed Sheet Metal HVAC Technician and Installer to join our Methuen, MA team. The role offers a $2500 sign on bonus and the potential to earn $80,000 - $150,000+ with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience preferred in system startup and installation.
• Active driver's license with no/minimal infractions.
• OSHA 10 required and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and service HVAC systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and test devices.
• Trace and troubleshoot control system wiring.
