Job summary

Muller, Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman to run a small crew and operate heavy equipment on earthwork projects.

You will grade, excavate, trench, load and haul materials, read cut sheets, and coordinate with clients while ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications include 3+ years of heavy equipment experience, crew leadership ability, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license; benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Must be able to communicate directly with client and manage crew members.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators and bobcats and supervise a small crew daily.
• Install erosion control measures and assist with stormwater facilities.
• Read cut sheets, shoot grades, and support grading/excavation needs.
