Sonic in Omaha, NE is seeking a Shift Leader to support drive-in operations, train crew, and ensure excellent customer service. This role contributes to meeting operating standards and store profitability while leading team members on shift.

You will help implement the restaurant plan, motivate crew, and perform tasks in the Seven Basic Stations, ensuring a smooth, efficient operation and positive guest experiences. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Formación

• Experience as shift lead or supervisor is helpful.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Essential Duties: Assisting drive-in management in implementing the restaurant plan in order to meet established operating standards, sales and profits. This is accomplished primarily through: Assisting in training and motivating crew members and performing the work functions in the Seven Basic Stations as needed, Effectively implementing the local store marketing plans; working in a manner that helps to control costs, Assisting in managing daily restaurant operations; and providing every customer with outstanding service. Working and managing in a manner that is consistent and in compliance with the SONIC franchise license agreement, the SONIC-Drive-in Operations Manual, the drive-in's standard operations systems and drive-in policies and procedures.
