Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations at our Bellevue, NE location. The role involves assisting management in executing the restaurant plan, training crew members, and ensuring top-notch customer service while maintaining cost controls.

Ideal candidates have prior shift lead or supervisory experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Full-time or part-time opportunities are typically available.

Qualificações

• Experience as shift lead / supervisor / team lead is helpful.
• Experience in training and motivating crew members.
• Familiarity with basic restaurant operations and customer service standards.

• Assist drive-in management in implementing the restaurant plan to meet standards, sales and profits.
• Train and motivate crew members; perform work functions as needed in the Seven Basic Stations.
• Help implement local store marketing plans and control costs.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Essential Duties: Assisting drive-in management in implementing the restaurant plan in order to meet established operating standards, sales and profits. This is accomplished primarily through: Assisting in training and motivating crew members and performing the work functions in the Seven Basic Stations as needed, Effectively implementing the local store marketing plans; working in a manner that helps to control costs, Assisting in managing daily restaurant operations; and providing every customer with outstanding service. Working and managing in a manner that is consistent and in compliance with the SONIC franchise license agreement, the SONIC-Drive-in Operations Manual, the drive-in's standard operations systems and drive-in policies and procedures.
