Job summary

Direct Communications in Pocatello, ID is seeking a Construction Crew Foreman to lead our fiber optic installation, repair, and maintenance efforts. You’ll drive daily productivity and serve as the face of the company on job sites.

Requires at least 2 years of crew leadership, drilling rig experience, a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred), ability to lift 50+ lbs, and willingness to travel throughout the service footprint. We offer comprehensive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leading a crew in utility construction.
  • Drilling rig experience is required.
  • Valid driver’s license required; a CDL is highly preferred.

  • Willingness to travel the service footprint and strict safety adherence.

What We Are Looking For

We need a results-driven leader who is eager to work hard and possesses the following:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of leading a crew in utility construction; drilling rig experience is required.
  • Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL is highly preferred.
  • Stamina & Grit: Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs routinely.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to follow prints and maps, with a basic competency in computer-based environments.
  • Commitment: Willingness to travel throughout our service footprint and a steadfast dedication to safety protocols.

Salary: $24.00 - $27.50 per hour

Location: In-person, based out of the Pocatello, ID area.
