Job summary

ARCXIS is seeking a Crew Chief to lead land surveying for residential projects in the Greensboro area. You will perform staking, topographic and as-built surveys using state-of-the-art robotic equipment and GPS, with data transmitted to the office for analysis and workflow updates.

You must have a minimum of 5 years in surveying, a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrated ability to work independently. Residential construction experience is highly preferred, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High school graduate/GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in operating robotic surveying equipment and GPS technology preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret surveying data accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently.
• Residential construction experience is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
