Job Description:

Do you have supervisory experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, or restoration? Do you enjoy helping people through difficult situations? Do you like leading a team to success? Join Servpro Team Locandro as a Crew Chief in the Weston/West Davie area.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order
2. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers
3. Coordinate job requirements
4. Perform and supervise production work
5. Monitor jobs from start to finish
6. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on-site
7. Respond to service calls
8. Set up and establish efficient job flow

Qualifications:

• Effective written and oral communication in English
• Experience in restoration work related to water, fire, and mold damage cleanup
• Leadership and supervisory experience
• IICRC certifications are highly preferred
• Ability to travel locally or out of state as needed
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Ability to walk, stand for long periods, drive, sit, climb, and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects
