As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help commitment to customers and clients by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage content move backs for customers
• Oversee customer and client experience, tracking satisfaction through online reviews
• Communicate expectations to technicians and supervise their activities
• Document detailed and accurate job files
• Manage labor and materials on projects
• Coordinate with project managers and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA safety guidelines
• Manage assets and equipment properly
• Coach and train technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification (a plus, not required)

Skills and Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to work with cleaning agents
