Jiffy Lube Woodside is seeking a Crew Chief to support the General Manager by guiding the crew, ensuring top-notch service, and driving daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach teammates, manage inventory and cash handling, assist with budgeting and forecasting, lead daily huddles, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while pursuing growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate diverse groups.
• Understanding of retail industry and financial goals.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the store team with the GM, driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store operations per standard procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Ensure safe, clean, and presentable service center.
