106 Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief in Monroe, WA to lead the crew alongside the General Manager, drive sales, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You’ll train teammates and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced retail automotive service environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and excellent communication, with opportunities for advancement in a growing team at this Monroe location.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership to inspire diverse groups.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to guide the crew and boost sales.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs.
• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving sales metrics.
• Set direction to achieve business goals and ensure quality customer service.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when GM is off.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
• Assist guests in-person, online, or by phone.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
