Jiffy Lube International is hiring a Crew Chief in Leander, TX. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead the crew, ensure top-notch service, and support daily store operations. This full-time role offers leadership growth and a structured path to advancement.

The position requires 1–3 years in retail management, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset. Expect coaching, training, inventory duties, and occasional budgeting support as part of your role.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who inspires and motivates diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, interpret financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct.
• Enjoys fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environments.
• Guest-first mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to stand on concrete or metal floors.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service to create an outstanding guest experience.
• Set a positive example and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing coaching.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Handle inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and initiatives with the DM.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a clean, safe service center.
