Team Car Care West, LLC in Montclair, CA is seeking a Crew Chief to join our store leadership team. You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, boost guest satisfaction, and drive sales through coaching and daily operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to inspire diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Expect hands-on leadership, inventory and cash handling duties, and a focus on safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to guide the crew and boost sales.
• Set direction in daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Provide guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
