Job summary

Contour Airlines is seeking a Crew Chief for entry-level management of local or regional airport operations, including ticket counter, gate, and ramp activities. You will support a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation with training provided.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering high-quality service to travelers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• US work authorization is required.
• DOT pre-employment drug screening and FAA/random drug testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily station operations for safety and compliance.
• Assist with staffing schedules and vacation coverage.
• Provide check-in and ticketing support, and assist passengers with special needs.
• Maintain training records and participate in airport operations meetings.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service.
