Team Car Care East, LLC in Sulphur, LA is seeking a part-time Crew Chief to help lead the store alongside the General Manager. You will guide the crew, drive guest satisfaction, and help grow sales through coaching and training.

Requirements include 1–3 years in retail management and strong communication skills. No mandatory automotive experience; leadership and a “Guest First” mindset are essential in a fast-paced environment.

• One to three years of retail management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide the crew alongside the General Manager.
• Coach staff, ensure excellent customer service and guest experience.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and inventory control.
• Manage opening/closing duties and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls.
• Conduct daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
