Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief in Mount Pleasant, SC to join our management team. You will work directly with the General Manager to guide the crew, boost sales, and ensure excellent guest experiences. Training is provided to develop leadership skills and advance within the company.

You will coach staff, manage operations, and help with budgeting and forecasting while maintaining safety and quality standards in a high-paced retail environment.

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
