Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to join our leadership team in Crestwood, IL. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive guest satisfaction, and boost sales through effective coaching and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes training, performance coaching, inventory control, budgeting support, and daily leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced retail automotive environment. A strong team-first attitude is essential.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Must be able to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.

They will also coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.Set a positive example as a leader while building team engagement and efficiency.
