Job summary

SERVPRO of Pleasanton/Dublin is seeking a Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Technician for Pleasanton/Dublin. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates well, and can multi-task in challenging situations. Prior restoration experience is preferred and physical work is required.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, setting up work areas, following production guidelines, and maintaining a clean site. Employment type ranges from Part-Time to Full-Time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven reliability in past roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lb regularly.
• Able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.

• Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown; leave job site orderly.

Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Technician (Pleasanton / Dublin)

Primary Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines, work order, and crew chief directions.
• Ensure clear communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.

Position Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
