Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief at our Omaha location. You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, ensure smooth operations, and drive sales while delivering top-notch guest experiences.

We value leaders with 1-3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a passion for coaching. You'll be responsible for inventory, cash handling, opening/closing, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

They will also coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.Set a positive example as a leader while building team engagement and efficiency.
