Chestnut Land Company, the Chestnut Land Company franchise partner for Auntie Anne’s, is hiring for Crew and Shift Leader at the Countryside Mall location in Clearwater, FL. The role offers mall hours, paid training, and potential benefits.

Earn $15.00–$16.50 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to advance within the company. Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing and serving pretzels, and supporting the team to maintain high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Crew: prep, bake, and serve pretzels and other products, greet customers, take orders politely and efficiently.
• Shift Leader: direct restaurant operations in the absence of managers, ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with training new employees and monitor breaks, overtime and scheduling.

CREW

Crew members are to strive to deliver a high quality experience on behalf of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, by prepping, making and serving all of their products in an appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.

• Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products.
• Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Crew age requirement: 16

SHIFT LEADER

The Shift Lead’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.

• Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products.
• Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Monitors breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees.
• Assist with training new employees.
