Job summary

Crescent School District is seeking a part-time school bus driver to transport students to and from school and on field trips. Shifts run roughly 6:45–8:00 a.m. and 2:15–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with possible longer hours for activities. Compliance with district rules and safety standards is required.

The successful candidate must hold a Washington State Driver's License and a Class B CDL with school bus endorsements, plus First Aid and a DOT medical card. Random drug/alcohol testing applies.

Contract Terms:

• Bus Driving Part-time: Split-shift, approx. 3 hours per day, plus athletic and field trip rotation
• Pay is based on placement on the district salary schedule.

Job Summary:

Bus drivers are responsible for transporting students to and from school and on designated extra-curricular activities and field trips. Driver hours are from approximately 6:45 to 8 a.m. and from 2:15 to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday during the school year. Extra-curricular and field trips may require longer daytime and/or evening hours.

Requirements:

The successful applicant must have a valid Washington State Driver's License and a Class B CDL with a passenger and school bus endorsements. Additional requirements include current First Aid Card and DOT physical. School bus drivers are also subject to random drug/alcohol testing.
