Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC who is Creole-speaking to provide psychotherapy to geriatric residents in SNF and ALF settings, conduct assessments, support care planning, and collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

You will maintain compliant documentation, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and work Monday through Friday during daytime hours on-site, with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as an LMHC in the state applying for.
• Fluent in English and Creole.
• Eligible for Level II background screening.
• Strong communication and independent work ethic.
