Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT to provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings. The role includes assessments, care planning support, and collaboration with psychiatric providers in a patient-centered team.

On-site, Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends. Active and unrestricted LMFT license and eligibility for Level II background screening are required; strong communication and independence are essential traits.
