Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who speaks Spanish to provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care with collaboration among psychiatric providers.

Position is on-site, Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 with up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential and standard benefits including

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of application.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication.
• Eligible for Level II background screening.
• Strong communication and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings.
• Conduct assessments and support care planning.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers.
