Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a PTC Creo Product Engineer - Intermediate to join their engineering team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will collaborate with mechanical design, manufacturing, suppliers, and marketing to drive product development and ensure manufacturability.

Proficiency in Creo and DFMEA/PFMEA is required, with Windchill preferred. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, design validation, and support for ISIR/PPAP processes to deliver reliable, high-quality products for production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience applying mechanical engineering principles in product development.
• Experience with ISIR and PPAP documentation.
• Ability to perform DFMEA and PFMEA assessments.
• Proficiency with PTC Creo; Windchill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and improve products using mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Support product validation and engineering approval processes (ISIR/PPAP).
• Participate in DFMEA and PFMEA activities to enhance product reliability.
• Contribute to successful product launches and production readiness.
