PTC in Boston, MA is seeking a passionate Product Manager to join our Creo Product Team and shape the future of how designers design and manufacture products. Creo is a leading 3D CAD solution that accelerates product innovation, helping teams build better products faster.

As the customer advocate, you will write detailed use cases and requirements, work with the user interaction team on mockups, and coordinate with R&D to prioritize features and deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Professional working experience in product management.
• Knowledge of writing Product Specifications, User Stories, PRDs.
• Demonstrate ownership and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in design and manufacturing domain.
• Working knowledge of CAD, preferably Creo.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud applications.

Responsabilités

• Listen to and understand the customer.
• Write detailed use cases and requirements.
• Collaborate with user interaction team on mockups.
• Coordinate with R&D to prioritize requirements and deliver features.
• Review inbound product management activities and customer issues.
• Develop presentation materials for go-to-market efforts.
