Job summary

PTC is seeking a passionate Product Manager to join the Creo Product Team and reshape how manufacturers design and build products. You will advocate for customers, imagine new features, and drive adoption of Creo in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role focuses on prioritizing requirements, collaborating with R&D, and delivering high-quality offerings with strong go-to-market input. Compensation reflects market norms in the US.

Qualifications

• Professional working experience in product management, or a related capacity.
• Knowledge of writing Product Specifications, User Stories, Product Requirement Documents.
• Demonstrate ownership and work with competing priorities.
• Experience in design and manufacturing domain.
• Working knowledge of CAD, preferrably Creo.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud applications and methodologies would be a benefit.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 plus years’ experience

• Develop presentation materials, and be a key contributor in the go to market efforts

PTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $90,000 - 106,700. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs. Employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and, if you are an office-assigned employee, a generous commuter subsidy.
