Mohawk Industries Inc. seeks a Creeler Operator for the Dalton, GA area. You will ensure a continuous supply of polypropylene yarn to the beaming machine and support the creel as needed. Applicants should be able to read English, perform basic math, and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining yarn supply, operating and assisting with the creel, and upholding safety and quality practices. Weekend/holiday overtime may be required; training will be provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Reads and writes in standard English and performs basic math.
• Successful completion of required on-the-job training.
• Health and environmental safety training completed.

Responsabilidades

• Keep yarn supply near the creel to allow efficient package changes.
• Remove skinner package and place full package on creel.
• Patrol creel and ensure yarn runs from all spindles.
• Observe creel, stop machine if needed and run up breakouts.
• Assist operator in machine operation and doffing carpet rolls.
• Work within a team environment and maintain housekeeping.
