BCG Attorney Search seeks a junior to mid-level Associate for its Securities & Public Company Advisory and Financial Restructuring practice in New York City. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience at a major law firm.

Responsibilities include representing creditors in large restructurings and handling both transactional and litigation aspects of restructuring, with a focus on sophisticated financial restructurings.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in bankruptcy/restructuring at a major law firm.
• ABA-accredited law school degree required.
• Bar admission in the United States.
