The Scottsdale office of Law Firms seeks an experienced Managing / Senior Attorney for Creditor's Rights & Real Estate Litigation with no billable hours and a hybrid work setup.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, review pleadings, and ensure compliance with guidelines for financial clients. Requires J.D., AZ license, and 4+ years of related litigation.

Salary range is $150,000–$170,000 with comprehensive benefits and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona.
• 4+ years of litigation experience in creditor’s rights, mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related financial services litigation.
• Strong knowledge of local court procedures, filing systems, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a creditor’s rights practice, encompassing foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, collections, and related civil litigation.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
• Review and approve pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and legal analyses.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, investor, and financial client guidelines.
• Coordinate effectively with courts, trustees, opposing counsel, and institutional clients.
