The candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines. Arizona bar admission is required with 4+ years of related experience.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Arizona.
• 4+ years of litigation experience in creditor’s rights, mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related financial services litigation.
• Strong knowledge of local court procedures, filing systems, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management capabilities.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $170,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
