This opportunistic search connects you with Am Law firms and regional boutiques across markets, offering increased responsibility, mentorship, and access to sophisticated creditor-side matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with creditors' rights and commercial litigation experience.
• Experience representing commercial lenders, creditors, banks, or financial institutions.
• Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents.
• Skilled in negotiating resolutions and managing creditor-related litigation.

Responsabilités

• Handle commercial collections, loan defaults, and judgment enforcement.

• Handling commercial collections, loan defaults, and judgment enforcement.
• Experience with foreclosures, receiverships, or secured transactions disputes.
• Drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiating resolutions and managing creditor-related litigation.
