Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with attorneys experienced in creditors' rights, commercial collections, loan enforcement, and related litigation.

I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.

Experience That May Be a Fit

• Representing commercial lenders, creditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Handling commercial collections, loan defaults, and judgment enforcement.
• Experience with foreclosures, receiverships, or secured transactions disputes.
• Drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiating resolutions and managing creditor-related litigation.

Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm? I'd still love to hear from you! Relevant experience at regional and boutique firms is welcome.
