You will work with secured lenders, creditors, trustees, and other stakeholders on Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 matters, workouts, foreclosures, and related litigation, focusing on Pennsylvania creditors' rights. Qualifications

• Active PA Bar admission (NJ a plus)
• 2+ years of bankruptcy/restructuring or commercial litigation experience with bankruptcy court exposure
• Strong familiarity with Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 practice and creditors' rights matters

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings, including contested matters and plan confirmations
• Advise and represent secured and unsecured creditors on enforcement, loan remedies, and collection actions
• Draft and litigate pleadings, motions, objections, adversary complaints, and discovery responses in bankruptcy court
• Handle preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, including investigations, negotiations, and trial prep
• Assist with workouts, forbearance agreements, foreclosures, and other restructuring alternatives to bankruptcy
• Conduct legal and factual research, analyze financial documents, and prepare memoranda and advisories
• Mentor junior associates and paralegals, coordinating with partners on strategy and business development
