  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda related to debt enforcement and financial disputes.
  • Negotiate and prepare settlement agreements, loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and related documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial and financial issues.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
