Protouch Staffing is seeking a Nevada-licensed attorney in good standing with at least two years of civil litigation experience to join our team. This role emphasizes courtroom involvement, strategic case management, and direct contribution to firm-wide litigation outcomes.

In a fast-paced environment, you will handle high-volume caseloads, draft pleadings and motions, provide regulatory guidance, and advocate effectively for clients while upholding the firm's professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar membership in good standing.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum two years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws.
• Ability to analyze legal issues, case law, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high-volume caseload with attorney oversight and involvement.
• Analyze legal and regulatory issues and provide strategic recommendations.
• Advise on legal risk and regulatory matters.
• Handle escalated client complaints and legal inquiries.
• Attend court hearings and proceedings, in person and telephonically.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, stipulations, and other legal documents.

• Additional bar admission in Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, or Colorado is a plus.
