Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.
• Ability to travel for court appearances and coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication for high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and appear for court hearings within travel distance.
• Request and coordinate court coverage when needed.
• Draft and file mid-litigation motions and responses.
• Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including overnight stays.
• Communicate with consumers, employers, and attorneys to resolve accounts/suits.
