A leading global AM Law 100 firm is seeking an established Associate to join its Restructuring practice group in Chicago. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated attorney to join an award-winning team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and related creditor-side matters.
• Specific experience representing secured lenders and/or other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings (including DIP financing and cash collateral use, plans of reorganization and asset dispositions).
• Experience in out-of-court workouts, restructurings,foreclosures, asset dispositions, liability management transactions and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication skills and be highly motivated.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and communicate effectively with clients.

The estimated salary range for this role is $225,000 - $420,000.
