Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of credit union or financial services operations.
  • Experience with software implementations, onboarding, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support implementation and conversion projects from pre-launch through post-go-live.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Assist with data mapping, system configuration, and data entry for client implementations.
  • Participate in client meetings, training sessions, and project updates; resolve issues as needed.
  • Support pre-site visits and readiness activities.
  • Contribute to sales demonstrations and product discussions as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout each project.
  • Continuously build knowledge of systems, products, and credit union operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and support implementation and conversion projects from pre-launch through post-go-live
