Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance, economics, etc.
• Knowledge and interest in financial markets
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a broader team
• Intellectual curiosity and motivation to innovate and improve
• Prior experience in credit markets is not necessary

Responsibilities

• Shadow the credit trading desk to learn day-to-day responsibilities from Analysts to Portfolio Managers
• Develop a fundamental understanding of the credit market and its main products
• Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify potential trading opportunities and assess risk
• Complete projects for the desk including trade ideas with presentation to the investment team
• Support the team’s research process, including data collection and analysis, prototyping, back testing, and performance monitoring
