Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is hiring a Credit Team Lead at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will manage a team of Credit Analysts, guiding daily tasks, training, and performance feedback to ensure accurate credit decisions.

Responsibilities include resolving customer account issues, evaluating orders flagged for credit review, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and supporting high-impact business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Credit or Collections experience preferred.
• Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team and provide feedback to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts, providing regular feedback, guidance and support to help your team succeed.
• Step in to resolve customer account issues and evaluate orders stopped for credit review when needed.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and communicate findings to support informed, high-impact business decisions.
• Oversee special projects within the Credit team.
