Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Credit Analyst in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will review orders and assess credit history to determine credit limits and keep customer orders moving.

You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions, while providing excellent service by phone and email related to credit decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of customer orders daily, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
