Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Credit or Collections experience preferred.
• Strong communication with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts, providing regular feedback and guidance.
• Resolve customer account issues and evaluate orders stopped for credit review.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and communicate findings to support decisions.
• Oversee special projects within the Credit team.
