Responsabilités

• Lead credit operations including strategy, policy, risk governance, and future-state design.
• Establish and maintain enterprise credit policies, limits, and payment terms.
• Oversee credit risk and mitigation across customer segments.
• Serve as escalation point for complex credit decisions and high-risk accounts.
• Manage Credit and Collections team with coaching and performance management.
• Ensure alignment between credit strategy and collections.
• Own credit systems, data definitions, and reporting structures.
• Partner with ERP, IT, Finance to ensure data accuracy and scalable operations.
• Define and monitor enterprise credit KPIs and trend analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales to align credit governance with growth.
