Job summary

Ardshinbank ищет квалифицированного кредитного специалиста для активного взаимодействия с клиентами и развития продаж банковских продуктов. В обязанности входит продажа кредитов, депозитов и карт, ведение клиентской базы и участие в презентациях.

Требуется высшее образование в экономике или технике, опыт в банковской сфере и знание армянского, русского и английского языков. Гибкий график и возможность удалённой работы будут преимуществами.

Qualifications

• Высшее образование в экономике или технике предпочтительно.
• Опыт не менее 3 месяцев в финансовом/банковском секторе, предпочтительно в кредитовании и/или продажах.
• Отличное владение армянским языком и хорошие знания русского и английского.

Responsibilities

• Продавать кредиты, страховые полисы, депозиты и карты, осуществлять кросс‑продажи.
• Открывать, обслуживать и закрывать клиентские счета в рамках внутренних правил банка.
• Привлекать payroll‑проекты и осуществлять продажи банковских услуг.
• Консультировать клиентов по банковским услугам.
• Проводить презентации для клиентов и предварительные продажи по телефону.
• Вносить данные клиентов в систему «Operating Day».

Описание: Ardshinbank is looking to expand its team by hiring a highly qualified Credit Specialist. If you meet the requirements below, we look forward to hearing from you.

Задачи:

• Sell loans, insurance certificates, deposits and payment cards, and carry out cross-selling.
• Open, maintain and close customer accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Bank’s internal regulations, decisions and orders.
• Attract payroll projects and carry out sales.
• Advise customers on banking services.
• Organize and deliver presentations for customers and carry out preliminary sales by telephone.
• Enter customer data, including contact details, and changes to that data into the “Operating Day” system.
• Open, maintain and close customer accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Bank’s internal regulations, decisions and orders.
• Sell the Bank’s banking products offered within the framework of payroll projects.

Требования:

• Higher education (a degree in economics or a technical field is preferred).
• At least three months of experience in the financial and banking sector during the last three years, preferably in lending and/or sales, or a positive result from participation in the Bank’s pre-qualification program.
• Excellent command of Armenian and good command of Russian and English.
• Knowledge of banking legislation, general knowledge of banking services, and knowledge of business ethics.
• Knowledge of MS Office, LSoft or similar programs.
