Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts.
• Prior internship, research, coursework or project experience in finance, banking, CRE or accounting preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in credit underwriting, risk management or commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Analyze borrower and tenant financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Conduct initial credit reviews and prepare concise written credit summaries.
• Calculate and monitor key financial metrics, credit indicators and covenant compliance.
• Review public filings, industry data and other relevant sources to support credit assessments.
• Maintain accurate customer financial records and assist with ongoing portfolio monitoring.
