You will analyze financial statements and support risk assessment initiatives while learning through hands-on projects with experienced professionals. Ideal candidates are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting or related fields,

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited institution.
• GPA of at least 3.0 and in good academic standing.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to inform business strategy and decision‑making.
• Leverage business intelligence tools such as Tableau and SQL to extract large data sets, perform in‑depth analyses and create reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assess performance trends and monitor limits for risk‑taking to minimize the risk of default and loss from credit extended to the Bank’s members.
• Research and monitor economic trends using a variety of sources including industry reports, public information, and regulatory insights.
• Gain exposure to financial modeling, validation, back‑testing, and bench‑marking.
