Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with merchants from venture-backed startups to established institutions.
• Complete in-depth credit reviews across lifecycle to identify credit concerns.
• Investigate escalations across multiple channels with timely responses.
• Own operational processes like credit reviews and risk escalations with process excellence and documentation.
• Identify risk factors and trends and report to the risk team.
• Use analytics to optimize strategies across the portfolio.
• Maintain regular communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in systems, policies, and recommend improvements.
• Lead team work streams related to credit decisioning and accuracy.
