Job summary

Medpace seeks a full-time, office-based Risk Manager to monitor credit exposure and ensure alignment with corporate policies. The role involves building analytics to identify risks, collaborating with Account Management and Treasury, and reporting credit exposure to executives monthly.

Responsibilities include evaluating customer credit risk, setting limits, analyzing portfolios, and escalating high-risk accounts. Strong analytical skills and prior management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field required.
• MBA/CFA/CPA preferred for advanced roles.
• 3+ years in credit/risk with at least 5 years overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor credit exposure aligned with company policies.
• Support Account Management in evaluating customer credit risk.
• Review credit information and set limits/holds for existing customers.
• Analyze portfolio data and flag high-risk customers to executives.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses of customer portfolios as needed.
• Report credit characteristics relative to policies and processes.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Treasury for insights.
• Develop or evaluate models for credit ratings/scores.
• Query databases and maintain data sets as appropriate.
• Identify policy or operational improvements to improve credit quality.
