Job summary

Crédit Agricole Group in Chicago seeks an experienced credit professional to manage processing of credit requests and annual reviews within Diversified Industries, with emphasis on the Automotive sector. Responsibilities

• For assigned files, prepare first-level credit analysis and initial credit application from Front Office requests.
• Present sector trends/drivers and counterparty market position; peer comparison.
• Detailed presentation of financial statements and financial projections when applicable.
• Review legal protections including credit and trading agreements, guarantees and financial covenants as applicable.
• Prepare and/or review internal ratings.
• Submission of files to NY Credit Committee via email or in person.
• Processing of Crew and Dafne.
• Prepare second level RPC opinion including analysis of borrower, transaction structure, term sheet, financial models.
• Review and verify internal ratings; run the Credit Process: Crew.
• Present RPC Opinion to management and NYCC; interact with Front Office to gather information and discuss risk issues and profitability.
• Support/strategy.
• Coordinate with RPC Paris to answer inquiries, follow up on rating validations, and communicate credit issues and trends as appropriate.
• Monitor sectors/portfolios and inform senior management locally and in Paris; attend Early Warning/SAR meetings as needed.
• Contribute to portfolio reviews, preparation of documents for US Risk Committee, audit assessments, loan reviews, or special projects as needed.
• Data Quality: verify accuracy of, and correct as necessary, data in risk systems (Crew/Eurecca/RICOS/Dafne etc.).
• May also be asked to analyze counterparties in different sectors depending on workloads.
