Job summary

InforCapital in New York, NY seeks a Director/Principal to join its risk practice. This second-line role will evaluate corporate credit exposures across diverse lending sectors and provide independent risk views to senior leadership and the Investment Committee.

You will build and review financial models, assess leverage, liquidity, and covenant structures, and prepare decision-focused risk memoranda for portfolio oversight and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Independent fundamental credit analysis of corporate exposures
• Build and review financial models including base, downside, and stress scenarios
• Evaluate leverage, liquidity, refinancing risk, and covenant frameworks

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent fundamental credit analysis of corporate exposures across lending sectors.
• Prepare clear risk memoranda and present findings to senior risk leadership.
• Support portfolio oversight and risk recommendations in line with risk appetite.
